How to Change a Child’s Registration Status in the Kidlet App after it Has Been Approved


Step 1: Log into the Kidlet Provider App

• Open the Kidlet Provider App on your device.

• Enter your username and password, then tap Login.


Step 2: Access the Children Menu

• From the dashboard, tap on the Children menu item.


Step 3: Filter and Find the Child

• Use the search bar or apply any filters (e.g., site location, grade level, or registration status) to narrow down the list.

• Scroll through the filtered results.

Tap on the child’s card to open their profile.


Step 4: Edit Registration Approvals

• In the Edit Child’s Information screen, tap the edit pencil icon in the top-right corner.

• Select Edit Registration Approvals.


Step 5: Select the “Review Flag” Button

• Tap the Review Flag button.

• A dropdown menu will appear with different Review Reason options.


Step 6: Choose the Deny - Delete Option

• Tap the Review Reason dropdown.

• Select Deny - Delete from the available options.


Step 7: Choose Parent Notification Option

• Check or uncheck the “Send Parent Notifications” checkbox, depending on whether you want to notify the parent of this registration status change.


Step 8: Save Changes

• Tap Save to apply the update.

• A confirmation message will appear, indicating that the status has been successfully changed.
